I found myself quite disappointed with my stay at Riad Marelia. While the location was perfect and the owner, Brahim, was incredibly nice, the overall condition of the riad left much to be desired. The rooms were worn and not properly maintained, which contrasted starkly with my expectations based on the booking photos.

Brahim's hospitality was a highlight; he was attentive and eager to help. However, some communication barriers limited our interactions, as he spoke mainly French.

The riad is beautifully located just a short walk from the Bahia Palace and other vibrant areas, making it convenient to explore Marrakesh, which is full of sights and sounds.

I found the location of Riad Marelia to be ideal, just a short walk from the Bahia Palace and bustling souks. However, the condition of the riad was disappointing, with faded furniture and cleanliness issues throughout. Brahim, the host, was really good and attentive, which made my stay somewhat enjoyable despite these drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at Riad Marelia. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakesh, and I was treated wonderfully by the staff, especially Brahim, who was incredibly welcoming. However, the condition of the riad was disappointing, with many areas needing maintenance and cleanliness was lacking throughout. I wouldn't return, given the issues I faced.

Breakfast was basic with pancakes and bread, and I was expecting more options, such as fruit or cheese. The service for breakfast seemed to lack attention.
Facilities

The facility needed serious investment. the small pool was more of a decorative feature than somewhere to swim, and dirty areas diminished the overall experience.

The service from Brahim was really good and he truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome. However, the riad itself seems to be in need of some updates, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.
